I'm Atharv, a Rhodes Scholar passionate about all things tech & government. I've studied how we earn paychecks, make payments, build businesses, and grow nations as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford and an undergraduate at Georgetown's School of Foreign Service. I've tackled these questions at the World Bank and US State Department, at venture capital and risk consultancy firms, and at non-profits and Fortune 200 multinationals.

I'm also a writer finishing a historical fiction novel set in 18th century Bengal, I watch a lot of movies and write about them, and I've played the trumpet for over a decade.
